Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to support our office operations in Markham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence to maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain accurate records of office calendars.
  • Provide data entry, filing, and document management support to ensure seamless record-keeping.
  • Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office assistant role is essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills are necessary to excel in this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Excellent communication and time-management abilities are critical for success.
