Job Overview

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Tim Hortons, you will play a key role in leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for promoting a respectful team environment, managing team members with open communication and understanding, and supporting the Restaurant Owner in running a successful business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower and lead your team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation.
  • Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs.
  • Manage team members with open communication and understanding.
  • Support the Restaurant Owner in running a successful business.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role.
  • Practical knowledge of recruiting, training, and coaching team members.
  • Strong operational experience.
  • Ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to engage others and develop high performance within your team.
