We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at Naso Farms Inc. as a General Farm Worker.
Key Responsibilities- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
- Harvest crops in a timely and efficient manner to meet market demands.
- Operate equipment such as combine harvesters and lift trucks to facilitate crop management and transportation.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve seasonal goals and maintain a safe working environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience an asset, but not necessary.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work 40-55 hours per week during the seasonal term.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a rural area with exposure to dust, heat, and noise. The role involves standing for extended periods, walking, and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Language and CommunicationThe primary language of communication is English, and the successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with the team.
