Job Description
As a Branch Manager at Randstad Canada, you will be responsible for supervising and mobilizing internal staff, managing time and attendance, resolving customer and employee issues, ensuring orders are delivered on time, providing excellent customer service, approving invoices, maintaining building facilities, enforcing safety standards, collaborating with sales managers, managing inventories, controlling expenses, and coordinating training activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a Bachelor's degree in business administration or business management training;
- 5-10 years' experience in a similar position;
- experience in the HVAC, electrical, or hearth industry;
- bilingual French/English skills;
- good knowledge of MS office, Word, Excel;
- positive, rallying, and mobilizing leadership;
- strong interpersonal skills;
- good organizational skills;
- creative, open-minded problem-solving skills;
