Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at the Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our commercial banking clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Sales and Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our commercial banking products and services, including credit, trust, and cash management solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or economics.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial banking, sales, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Qualifications: Credit qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills, as required by the Bank of Montreal.
We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $126,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our total compensation package includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks and rewards. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
