We are seeking an experienced Senior Liability Claims Adjuster to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for adjusting claims while ensuring business development opportunities are maximized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adjust claims while ensuring business development opportunities are maximized
  • Market and follow-up of opportunities in a timely manner
  • Manage a dynamic portfolio requiring well-honed organizational skills
  • Prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner
  • Provide excellent customer service ensuring all inquiries are effectively dealt with in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in claims adjusting
  • CIP designation or working towards designation
  • Strong working knowledge of third-party liability claims
  • Experience in conducting detailed interviews from various parties involved in the claim's investigation process
  • Policy review and interpretation to confirm coverage and complete liability investigation
