Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Liability Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a Liability Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving liability claims in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and assess liability claims to determine the extent of damages and responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and other parties involved in the claim
  • Review and analyze policy documents and other relevant information to determine coverage and liability
  • Communicate with claimants and other stakeholders to provide updates on the claim status and resolution
  • Work with our team of experts to resolve claims in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in liability claims adjusting
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies and laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
