Director of Membership and Sales

The Vancouver Club is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Membership and Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth, sales, and revenue through strategic planning, execution, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and membership strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed member acquisition goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive membership sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales and membership data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, sales team, and other stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and membership leadership roles
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, sales team, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and membership strategies
