Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Consultation: Utilize your skincare knowledge to recommend products, meeting clients' needs and boosting sales.
  • Event Execution: Collaborate with the Area Sales & Training Manager to plan and execute store events that enhance brand visibility and sales.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Shoppers Drug Mart and Sephora experience is an asset, with a passion for skincare.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A goal-driven self-starter with a keen interest in skincare trends and products.
  • Flexibility: Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within a 50km radius.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
