We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Training Consultant to join our team at Kiehl's Since 1851. As a pivotal member of our sales force, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and boosting product sales within retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Excellence: Engage with customers on the sales floor to achieve and surpass individual sales goals, leveraging your skincare expertise to meet and exceed sales targets measured by sales per hour.
  • Brand Training: Deliver compelling and informative brand trainings to educate and motivate retail partners, elevating the customer journey through exceptional service and driving sales.
  • Customer Experience: Foster loyalty and drive sales by providing exceptional customer service, utilizing your skincare knowledge to recommend products that meet clients' needs.
  • Event Execution: Collaborate with the Area Sales & Training Manager to plan and execute store events that enhance brand visibility and sales, showcasing your ability to drive results.
  • Communication: Provide store visit recaps and sales performance details, utilizing your strong communication skills to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Previous experience in Shoppers Drug Mart and Sephora is an asset, with a passion for skincare and a keen interest in skincare trends and products.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service, with a goal-driven self-starter mentality.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are entrepreneurial, resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems in a timely manner, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
  • Availability: Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within a 50km radius.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, with a mobile device, internet connectivity, and ability to submit timecard through an app on a weekly basis.
