Restaurant Operations Manager

Gogo Sushi is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team to success.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the performance of our restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Staff Performance: Supervise and motivate our staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Operations Planning: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and supplier negotiations.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food service management and leadership.
