Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Shangri-La Food Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures to ensure that all transactions are accurate and secure.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
