- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
- Set organization-wide goals, develop policies, and implement programs to drive success.
- Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, delegating representatives as needed.
- Select and empower middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to optimize performance.
- Resolve product and service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Organize day-to-day business operations, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Design and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Promote the company within economic and social organizations, fostering partnerships and collaborations.
- Monitor budgets and departmental resources, identifying areas for improvement.
- Evaluate services provided to businesses, making recommendations for enhancement.
- 5-10 years of experience in a management or executive role, preferably in auto repair or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office, QuickBooks, and other relevant software applications.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in auto repair, transportation, or a related industry.
- Knowledge of MS Access, Excel, and other specialized software applications.
