Director of Operations for Rostami Auto Repair

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team at Rostami Auto Repair Ltd. This is a permanent full-time position offering 40 hours per week.
About the Role:
The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our auto repair services, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes allocating resources, coordinating teams, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Manage and coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve organizational objectives
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers
- Monitor and control budgets, ensuring that expenditures are aligned with organizational goals
- Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of integrity, professionalism, and leadership
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior management or executive role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software
