Job SummaryThe Maintenance Planner will play a critical role in planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our LNG production facility. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our project.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks, and ensure that all necessary resources are allocated to support maintenance activities.
- Use CMMS and scheduling tools (Primavera P6 and MS Project) to plan and schedule maintenance activities, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date.
- Work closely with maintenance supervisors and engineers to ensure that all maintenance activities are executed safely and efficiently, and that all necessary resources are available to support maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary materials and services are available to support maintenance activities.
- Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement to optimize maintenance activities.
- 8+ years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in a petrochemical, oil refinery, or heavy industrial facility.
- Advanced experience with SAP-PM & SAP-MM CMMS, Primavera, MS-Project, and other work platforms.
- Experience in front-line maintenance execution and maintenance planning and scheduling in Turnarounds/Shutdowns is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with maintenance and operations teams, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Woodfibre Management Ltd. offers a competitive salary range of CAD 115,000 - 145,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
