Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Carl's Jr. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a welcoming work environment for newcomers, refugees, youth, and Indigenous people.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Walking.

Language: English.

Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.

Duration: Permanent.
