Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Raaziq Staffing Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, managing daily operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Daily Operations: Manage daily operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a seated position for long periods, use a computer, and perform other tasks that require manual dexterity.
