Job Title: Vice President Canada

Electro Federation Canada is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Canadian operations as Vice President. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth, develop strategic relationships, and foster a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with both distributors, retailers, and customers, including expansion into new markets and customer segments.
  • Optimize and lead annual sales and operation planning process; including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing distributors and retailers to expand product offerings and solutions, while ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and contracts.
  • Partner with marketing to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies to drive brand awareness in support of growth and customer engagement.
  • Develop trade management and pricing strategies to maximize ROI on promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and customer care/rewards programs.
  • Translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives while fostering a positive work culture through inclusive and equitable leadership, ensuring an environment where team members are inspired and cultivated for growth.
  • Partner with People and Culture to improve organization's efficiency and increase engagement at an employee and customer level.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education Level - Bachelors, master preferred
  • Specialized degree - Business, engineering or related field
  • Years of experience - 15+
