Job Title: Sales Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Vice President to join our team at Pouch Makers Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Sales Vice President will be responsible for leading our sales team and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of sales operations, market trends, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
