Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Sales Representative to join our team in Toronto. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing Field Sales orders and inventory, collaborating with internal teams to support the Canadian Field Sales & education team, and supporting cross-functional teams with Field Sales & Education requests.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Field Sales orders and inventory
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the Canadian Field Sales & education team
- Support cross-functional teams with Field Sales & Education requests
- Maintain saleable and non-saleable reports
- Owning the Field Launch Execution tracker
- Support a large Education gratis program
- Support sales staff by providing data, forecasts, analyses, relaying Field Sales & Education requests
- Support training team to plan training sessions for account executives and beauty advisors
- Support sales team in the planning of seasonal training schools and events
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- MS Office proficiency, particularly Excel
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines
- Quick learner
- Strong initiative and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Aesthetic sensibility
- Attention to detail
- Passion for beauty and knowledge of the industry
