Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for selling labeling automation equipment, coding, and marking solutions to various industries, including food and beverage, transportation, and pharmaceutical. This role is a player-coach position, where you will manage existing accounts and develop new clients, as well as lead a team of salespeople and service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales opportunities, strategies, and value-based solutions through customer application evaluations.
  • Maintain and enhance existing account relations by providing sales support, sales leadership, product and sales skills training, sales management, and motivation.
  • Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to organize and track multiple sources of information and data to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate activities with other sales members to maximize sales.
  • Introduce new products to the sales team as they are developed.
  • Oversee the day-to-day tasks of managing all Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Service Technicians within your geographic territory.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of sales experience.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience selling packaging, labeling, and coding-type equipment and consumables.
  • Leadership experience an asset.
  • Knowledge of various industries and applications in packaging.
  • French bilingualism an asset.
Benefits:
  • $100,000 to $120,000 base salary.
  • OTE in the first year is $150,000+.
  • Top performers earning $350,000+.

Work Environment:

This is a remote work position, and you will be working from home. The sales territory is the Durham region and areas east of Highway 400, potentially extending into parts of Toronto.
