Job Description
The Human Resources Advisor will provide generalist support to client groups in various areas of human resources management. Key responsibilities include employee onboarding, compliance with laws and regulations, development of strategies to stimulate employee engagement, and representation of the company at HR-related activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist position.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate with colleagues and support field teams in Canada and the United States.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical skills and communication skills.
