Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail store manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance:
    • Optimize store performance by analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies.
    • Train and develop employees to enhance their sales skills and contribute to the team's success.
    • Schedule employees based on performance and in-store traffic.
  • Human Resources:
    • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Recruit, train, and develop employees to enhance their skills and contribute to the team's success.
    • Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and growth.
  • Store Operations:
    • Maintain a clean and inviting store environment that meets corporate standards.
    • Control expenses and ensure efficient operations.
    • Collaborate with head office teams to implement company initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail or similar environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
