Senior Territory Sales Manager

As a key member of our sales team, the Senior Territory Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the Ontario and surrounding areas.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise and skills to promote our products and services to clients in the construction sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the construction industry and its heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular site visits and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market conditions and competitor pricing to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage sales data and ensure accurate information.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience or equivalent external sales position.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry and its heavy equipment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
