Senior Territory Sales Manager

As a Senior Territory Sales Manager at Manulift, you will play a key role in promoting our products in the construction sector in Ontario and surrounding areas. Your primary objective will be to drive growth and expand our market share through strategic sales initiatives.

This is an ideal opportunity for a sales professional who excels in client engagement, value proposition articulation, and deal closure. You will be rewarded with an uncapped commission structure and a salary plan that recognizes top performers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular site visits
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Identify customer needs and respond accordingly, staying informed about market conditions and competitor pricing
  • Utilize the Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience or external sales position
  • Good knowledge of the construction industry and its heavy equipment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience using a CRM
