Senior Territory Sales Manager

As a Senior Territory Sales Manager at Manulift, you will play a key role in driving growth in the Ontario and surrounding areas by promoting our products in the construction sector. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a sales professional who can engage clients, articulate a value proposition, and close deals.

We are the Canadian leader in telescopic forklifts and are experiencing significant national expansion. Our commission structure is uncapped, and our salary plan is designed to reward top performers with some of the highest salaries in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular site visits
  • Plan and organize business strategies to achieve desired results and exceed equipment sales targets
  • Identify customer needs and respond appropriately while understanding market conditions and local competitor prices
  • Use our sales database in Salesforce CRM to ensure information is updated daily
  • Follow up with clients post-sale
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience or external sales position
  • Good knowledge of the construction industry and its heavy equipment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience using a CRM
