Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team at ASAMAKA INDUSTRIES LTD. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs, advising managers and employees on HR matters, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs to support business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Manage employee performance and appraisal programs, including performance evaluations and development planning
  • Coordinate recruitment strategies and activities to attract and retain top talent
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Research and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices
  • Provide HR support to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
  • Professional certification in HR (CHRP) an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
