Food Service Manager

Join Mr. Sub as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
- Train Staff: Provide training and guidance to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation to ensure that we have sufficient resources.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis to ensure that they are informed of our operations.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with our staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Communicate effectively with our staff, customers, and suppliers to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with our staff to achieve our goals and objectives.
