About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our Growth Engineering Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction and architecture of our platform's future, specifically within the Enterprise healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage our RAILS-based e-commerce platform to design and deliver Enterprise-specific functionality.
- Lead engineering initiatives that drive significant business impact, creating innovative user experiences.
- Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions.
- Help meet company goals while maintaining the technical health and security of our application.
- Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line.
- Collaborate with other Technical Leaders - product engineering, infrastructure, security, and more.
Requirements
- Experience leading a full-stack software development team.
- Experience working on high-scale web applications.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack. Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, Graphql, and Apollo are preferred.
- Experience with medical healthcare systems and Enterprise-level integrations within healthcare is considered an asset.
