Job Summary

FIRM ANCHOR III CORP. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy food service environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our culinary genres and ensure that our menu offerings meet the expectations of our customers.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure the efficient operation of our food service establishment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment withstanding standing for extended periods and walking.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
