Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support the company's objectives.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for employees and clients.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information to support business operations.
- Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
