Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls, greeting, and assisting clients in a professional and courteous manner

- Processing incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and faxes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Providing administrative support to the office manager and clinic director, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required

- Assisting with photocopier and fax maintenance to ensure smooth operation of office equipment
Qualifications and Requirements:
