Job Title: Senior Project Manager - IT

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager - IT to join our team at the Business Development Bank of Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing business and digital projects, working closely with colleagues from various departments to executive levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project management from initiation to post-implementation
  • Define and monitor scope, project plans, dependencies, budgets, timeline, resources allocation and sourcing, risk and issues, mitigation measures, changes, and quality of deliverables
  • Break down and explain project management concepts and methodologies to demonstrate their value to internal customers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, IT, or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing large-scale projects (5M and plus budget, team of 10 and plus)
  • Experience in Agile projects
  • Courage in decision-making and accountability to navigate challenges
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional documentation and presentation skills
  • Bilingual (French and English)
