Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on trucking operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to truck drivers on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all trucking operations are conducted in a safe and healthy manner, complying with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the trucking industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to various locations. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential requirements for this role.
