Culturally Sensitive Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate support worker to join our team at The Métis Nation of Ontario. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental plan, health care plan, vision care benefits, and pension plan.
Job DescriptionAs a support worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance and guidance to individuals who require support with daily living tasks. This may include helping with education, work experience, and social integration. Your ability to build strong relationships and provide culturally sensitive support will be essential in making a positive impact on our clients' lives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
