As a Corporate Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our ground operations meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced quality assurance professional to conduct audits and assessments of our ground operations, including airport stations, third-party suppliers, and international locations.
  • Your responsibilities will include developing audit checklists, conducting internal and external audits, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • You will work closely with our operational teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress towards compliance.
  • In addition to your technical skills, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with auditees, management teams, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality auditing and management systems, with experience in leading audits and assessments. You will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain audit checklists and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of our quality management system.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for corrective action.
  • Work with operational teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress towards compliance.
  • Communicate audit results and recommendations to management teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Degree in a related field (e.g., quality assurance, business administration, engineering).
  • Accreditation or certification in quality auditing and management systems (e.g., ASQ, CQMgr, CQA).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Salary Range

$90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
