- Support the Accounting Team: Assist with expense analysis and control, and provide financial expertise to support the accounting team.
- Lead Development and Production of Financial Reports: Develop and produce monthly, quarterly, and Board reporting packages, and ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Establish Rigorous Processes and Controls: Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of financial information, and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Lead and Mentor the Team: Provide guidance and support in their professional development, and lead the team to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Quantitative Field: A degree in a quantitative field of study, such as Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or relevant and proven experience.
- Professional Qualifications: Professional qualifications such as CMA, CPA, or CFA are a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 Years of Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience within an FP&A leadership capacity, with a strong understanding of Corporate Finance concepts and US GAAP.
- Experience with Financial Planning Tools: Experience with financial planning tools, including Excel modeling skills and experience with large data sets.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to identify and communicate key findings from complex analysis.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot data challenges and maintain accurate financial information.
- Passion for Financial Analysis: A passion for financial analysis and a desire to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve business objectives.
