Quality Assurance Specialist

Sunset is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure the highest standards of quality in our refrigerated warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet customer specifications
- Verify correct product allocation and shipping to customers
- Document and report any quality issues or non-conformances
- Collaborate with the Quality Control Inspection Supervisor to resolve quality issues
- Perform other quality control-related tasks as assigned
- 1 year college degree or 6 months of experience in a related field
- Previous experience in the produce industry is preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer-use skills, including MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
The Quality Control Inspector will work in a refrigerated warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 45-55 degrees. The position requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a background noise level of 70 decibels.
