About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Team Lead to join our team at Ontario Inc. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

This Retail Store Team Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, including supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assigning tasks to sales associates and monitoring their performance
  • Hiring and training new employees
  • Authorizing payments and ordering merchandise
  • Scheduling staff and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise

As a Retail Store Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on new challenges in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate
  • No prior retail management experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
