Maintenance Attendant Job Description

At Cogir Immobilier, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Organize and perform other related tasks as required by the immediate superior
  • Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
  • Communicate maintenance needs to the immediate superior
  • Be available to respond to emergencies
  • Make service calls
