About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to oversee our food service establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality meals and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train them in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Food Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, establish work schedules.
Work Environment

The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The role requires standing for extended periods, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and working under pressure.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related role.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this position.
  • Working Hours: 30 hours per week.
