We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Pizzeria Supervisor to join our team at PJ Atlantic Restaurants (Moncton North) Ltd.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers in preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely service and high-quality food products.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a pizzeria supervisor or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- A competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
