* Oversee the Stocking Team and ensure the store is ready for opening
* Provide exceptional customer service on the general sales floor
* Develop and maintain a positive, mature, and professional leadership style
* Train and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth
* Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
* Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the Stocking Team to achieve operational goals and objectives
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless store operations
* Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements:**

* 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to train and motivate team members
* Familiarity with company policies and procedures
