Fraserway RV Service Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled RV Service Technician to join our team at Fraserway RV, Canada's largest vertically integrated RV Company. As a key member of our Service Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' vacation dreams are realized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair all types of RVs, maintaining clear communication with the Service Manager and Service Writers.
  • Input clear and concise notes in work orders, ensuring accurate documentation of repairs.
  • Meet with customers to discuss diagnoses, potential repairs, or to explain completed work.
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic work on propane gas and electrical appliances.
  • Complete all paperwork and documentation of repairs, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Red Seal certification.
  • RV or automotive maintenance experience required.
  • RV & Trailer repairs experience an asset.
  • Good diagnostic skills.
  • Experience with Plumbing, Carpentry, or Electrical (Automotive or Industrial).
  • Experience with vehicle hitch and wiring.
  • Level 1 RV Certificate and experience in RV & trailers would be an asset.
  • General house renovation skills.
  • Good attitude.
  • Ability to work Saturdays in the busy season.
