Financial Services Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Services Professional to join our team as a Client Success Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients in all areas of the branch and in the community, uncovering their banking needs, providing help and advice, and identifying sales and referral opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with clients to understand their individual needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with partners to make the most of business opportunities and referrals.
- Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting them with a full range of financial transactions.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Mutual Funds accreditation or a willingness to obtain it.
- Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.
- Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as you will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.
