Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team as a High Value Client Account Director. This role is focused on driving business initiatives for key client accounts and supporting the growth of our healthcare services industry expertise.

About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all operational and strategic aspects of assigned high-value Canadian corporate clients. This includes deepening and expanding relationships with key client stakeholders, overseeing complex cases, and coordinating stakeholder communications to address client needs efficiently.

You will analyze client trends and collaborate with Business Development to support initiatives that drive account growth and address key underlying trends. Additionally, you will track client performance indicators and provide timely reporting to support informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant work experience and 4+ years of B2B account management experience within a service-based environment. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the applicable market languages.

Responsibilities:
  • • Manage all operational and strategic aspects of assigned high-value Canadian corporate clients
    • Deepen and expand relationships with key client stakeholders
    • Oversee complex cases and coordinate stakeholder communications
    • Analyze client trends and collaborate with Business Development
    • Track client performance indicators and provide timely reporting

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent
• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• 4+ years of B2B account management experience within a service-based environment
• Proven track record of successful client management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the applicable market languages

• Estimated annual salary range: $100,000-$110,000 based on experience
• Performance-based bonus tied to company performance and profitability, paid out in late fall
