Job Overview

Nurture Early Childhood Education Centre is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a full-time Early Childhood Education Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for leading early childhood education programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement child-care programs tailored to the needs of young children, focusing on their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Assessment and Reporting: Assess children's development and prepare learning plans, as well as submit written observations to parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Team Collaboration: Establish collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate and First Aid Certificate required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in early childhood education, preferably in a childcare centre setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, creativity, honesty, reliability, and ability to multitask.
