Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Blossom Early Childhood Center. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers with care and attention to their needs.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Lead activities that foster creativity, imagination, and a love for learning.
  • Encourage children to express themselves through various forms of art, music, and physical activity.
  • Guide children in developing healthy habits, such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and prepare reports for parents or supervisors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Criminal record check and immunization records
  • Availability for the advertised start date
  • Legal ability to work in Canada
