Job Title: Community Rehabilitation Worker

At St. Paul Abilities Network (Society), we are seeking a skilled Community Rehabilitation Worker to join our team. As a Community Rehabilitation Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.



Responsibilities:

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Security and Safety:

    • Criminal record check
    • Child Abuse Registry check
    • Driver's validity licence check
    • Adult Abuse Registry check


  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
