Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide quality, courteous service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food to our guests, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, cereal and bread bar, salad bar, and coolers, ensuring that all products are properly labeled and stored.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record temperatures, label products in accordance with FIFO, complete waste log and cleaning log.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the restaurant/food service industry is considered an asset.
